- Can I see it running with data like mine, not a generic demo?
- How does data migrate from my current spreadsheets?
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Who trains my staff, and what does support cost after launch?
- Can it handle Sri Lankan tax, EPF/ETF and local compliance out of the box?
Start small
The best ERP rollouts don't try to replace everything at once. Start with the module that hurts most — usually inventory or invoicing — prove the value, then expand.
